2. Non-Returnable Items

- Software and Digital Downloads: Digital products, such as software or downloadable materials, are not eligible for return.
- Opened or Used Items: If an item has been opened or used, it cannot be returned unless it is defective or damaged.
3. Return Process

If you have not received a refund after the indicated processing time, please first check your bank or credit card statement. Refunds may take several business days to appear in your account due to processing times by financial institutions.
